This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside a dynamic and supportive leadership team to develop and implement engaging learning programs for children. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education, while also supporting their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

As a Goodstart Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing interactive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of belonging and community
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and wellbeing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
