Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven, sales-focused, energetic salesperson to join our team offering customers huge energy savings. The Energy Efficiency Industry is experiencing significant growth, with customer interest in saving money at an all-time high and sales conversion rates climbing week on week.

Responsibilities
  • Setting realistic goals, financial comparisons, and overcoming objections
  • Engaging owners through outbound telephone sales, quoting, and sizing systems (solar, batteries, and heat pumps), and closing the sale
  • Maintaining and updating CRM
Requirements
  • Strong interest in helping people
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate concepts to the layperson over the phone and in person if required
  • Ability to keep track of customers in a CRM system
  • Interest in renewable energy
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take coaching
  • Ability to think creatively about ways to improve the customer experience
  • Professional manner with strong relationship-building skills
