Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a range of heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport waste and recyclables to and from service centers and depots.
  • Conduct pre-start vehicle inspections and road test vehicles to identify any issues with brakes, steering, and suspension.
  • Assist mechanics in the workshop with service tasks, including cleaning, stores, and paperwork.
  • Support the workshop team with general maintenance and repair tasks.
Requirements
  • Current HR Licence.
  • Significant experience driving heavy vehicles is essential.
  • Well-developed people and relationship skills.
  • Can-do attitude and enjoy variety in your work.
  • Confident mechanical skills.
