As a key member of our Community Home Support Services division, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative, client-centred programs that empower individuals to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, food preparation, and domestic duties.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and support teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients, promoting their independence and self-esteem.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR training.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
