Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse, resolving minor incidents raised by customers, and assisting with parts deliveries to Field Engineers & Service Partner Engineers onsite.

The primary functions of this role include:

  • Spares management: ensuring accurate inventory levels, ordering and receiving spare parts, and managing stock takes in Local Warehouse & Service Partner Warehouses.
  • Incident resolution: troubleshooting and resolving minor hardware issues, such as hot swap hard disk replacement and cable reseating.
  • Customer communication: providing timely and professional updates to customers on the status of their requests.
