Regional Colo Engineering Specialist

A key objective of the AWS Infrastructure Services is to design, plan, deliver and operate all global infrastructure.
- The team comprises software, hardware and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers and other vital roles.
- Key responsibilities include reviewing new Data Center designs in your region, supporting construction, commissioning and handover, troubleshooting site/equipment failure, and providing technical support for data center upgrades.
- Work with colo vendors to review designs for new Data Centers.
- Support operational issues with ad-hoc training and complex operating procedure reviews.
- Provide technical support for existing data center upgrades and design solutions.
- Interface with operating partners, data center design engineering teams and server hardware teams.
- Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical regions.
