As a Sales Assistant at Seed Heritage, you will be responsible for creating memorable and seamless experiences with every customer interaction. You will maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning. Your goal is to exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by providing styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
- Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
- Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
- Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
