About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our dynamic team at Review Adelaide. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a customer-led culture through excellent service standards and leading by example
  • Inspire and mentor a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts to reach sales targets and celebrate their achievements
  • Closely monitor store sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and report to senior management
  • Ensure store presentation is immaculate through effective visual merchandising and store maintenance
  • Take a proactive approach to loss prevention management, including stock shrinkage and inventory control
  • Effectively manage rosters to ensure they are costed within budget and meet business needs
  • Recruit, select, and train like-minded team members to join our dynamic team
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and fit-for-work environment for all employees, adhering to state and national OH&S legislation
Requirements
  • Proven retail leadership and management experience, with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
  • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ability to drive and exceed KPIs, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and store presentation
  • Experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention management
  • Effective roster management and wage control, with a focus on cost savings and business efficiency
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including employees, customers, and senior management
