Personal Home Care Support Worker

- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises.
This role requires a compassionate and caring individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and support, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Certified Certificate III or IV Community, Aged, Disability
- NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- COVID vaccination (min 2)
- 100 points of Identification
- Right to work in Australia
