We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Data Entry and Internal Sales Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order entry and inbound customer queries must be processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes that meet customer needs.
  • Understand and adhere to documented policies and procedures at all times.
  • Support external sales staff by providing data entry services and maintaining accurate records.
  • Actively participate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload to meet demands and fully documenting each new issue and resolution.
  • Listen, understand, and convey customer requirements with ease.
  • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company-approved databases.
  • Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner consistent with company mission, values, and financial objectives.
  • Actively support fellow members of the customer service team by sharing workload and participating in team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry roles.
  • Excellent solution and conflict management experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
  • Pronto and Cognos CRM experience is highly desirable.
