Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our marketing efforts to achieve company goals and deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage a skilled team and develop a comprehensive yearly marketing plan aligned with both local and group-level strategy.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensure efforts support sales and enhance product visibility.
  • Maintain strong internal communications and take the lead on planning and delivering initiatives that meet business needs.

About You:

  • You should have excellent leadership capabilities and be able to manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with an understanding of how vital building relationships is key to success.
  • Be familiar with ERP systems and databases and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Be proficient in financial and market data analysis and have creative flair to develop concepts from scratch.
