About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing workplace rehabilitative programs to achieve positive health outcomes.

Our client is a leading Injury Management Service Provider with a strong focus on early intervention strategies. You will have the opportunity to provide preventative occupational health strategies on site with clients in a 1:1 and group settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop workplace rehabilitative programs to promote positive health outcomes
  • Provide on-site support to clients in a 1:1 and group setting
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement injury management plans
  • Conduct workplace assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote workplace health and safety
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
  • ESSA registration
  • Industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded)
  • Experience within employment services (highly regarded)
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Mediation or Facilitated Discussion experience is also desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
