We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inventory shipments, including verifying quantities and inspecting items for damage
  • Store and organize inventory in a safe and efficient manner, using RF scanning or Voice picking technology as needed
  • Assist with picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and meeting performance targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the team to complete tasks, including put aways, replenishment, and pick packing
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role is beneficial
  • Previous RF scanning or Voice picking experience is preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Drivers licence with own reliable vehicle (for some roles)

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
