About the Role

We are seeking an experienced electrical trainer to deliver high-quality education and training at Melbourne Polytechnic.

  • Deliver industry-relevant training and assessment aligned with VET requirements.

  • Maintain teaching and compliance documentation for electrical training programs.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
  • Victorian Electrical A Grade License.
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
  • Relevant post-secondary qualifications and recent industry experience in electrical training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and VET compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in teaching practices.
