Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and reports.

About the Role

  • Job Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee reconciliations, including bank accounts and general ledger balances.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Budgeting and forecasting processes, preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements.
  • Fundamental Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel, excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Candidate Profile: Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA. At least 3 years minimum post qualification experience.
  • Skillset: Experience with financial reporting and compliance, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
