Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Audits: Conduct thorough audits of financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Statement Review: Analyze financial statements for accuracy, identifying discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Internal Controls Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, recommending enhancements to efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement internal audit procedures and best practices.
  • Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Corrective Action Monitoring: Track and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in auditing or a similar role.
  • Certifications: CPA or CIA certification preferred.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain strong ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality.
