About this Role:

As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to all customer inquiries. You will also process customer orders accurately and on time for fertiliser and merchandise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Forbes branch
  • Manage sales, inventory, and drive performance of merchandise products
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
  • Assist customers with their queries and issues
