Full-Time Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at The Cosmetic Company Store in DFO Perth. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving retail sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and develop a team to achieve optimal performance.

This role involves managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team to deliver retail operational excellence, providing an efficient and effective work environment. You will spend most of your time on the floor, coaching the team in customer service, sales & artistry, and leading by example to ensure a high-touch experience is delivered to each customer.

You will also be required to conduct paid services once certified, contributing to the growth and success of the store.

About You:
  • Previous experience in makeup artistry is essential.
  • Luxury beauty industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proven leadership and retail skills are crucial.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Experience gained within a retail store environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills are necessary.
