Store Team Member

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our team in running over 800 supermarkets across Australia. Whether you work in-store or deliver to customers' doors, this role offers an exciting and fast-paced experience.

About this Role

We are seeking a Store Team Member to contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. No prior experience is required; just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Completing cleaning tasks throughout the store
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors using various equipment and cleaning products
- Cleaning shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, drains, and other areas as needed
- Collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark - regardless of the weather

About You

We are looking for someone who can work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. You will need to provide great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace, have a keen eye for detail, and be passionate about working safely and following our safety practices.
