Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with data analysis tools.

The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing business operations by leveraging data insights, driving process improvements, and delivering projects. This position involves working closely with stakeholders at corporate and local levels to support the Commercial Teams in utilizing CRM's and data insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintenance and implementation of the local and global Digital Strategy in accordance with corporate norms and standards
  • Focusing on CRM and Data for the Commercial Teams, predominantly Pharmacy
  • Overseeing platforms, ensuring smooth operations and compliance, including data governance

The ideal candidate will have a BAC+5 degree in Business or related field, 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder engagement abilities, and a commitment to quality.
