Casual Teaching Opportunity

This is an exciting casual teaching opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team in delivering courses in Individual Support Ageing and Disability Services.

As a casual teacher, you will be responsible for the delivery of course material, assessing students and supervising students enrolled in selected courses within the program. You will also participate in the ongoing review of course content and development, delivery, teaching methods (including online delivery methods) and methods of students' assessment.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in the TAE40116 or TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its equivalent; or a higher-level qualification in adult education. Current industry experience within Ageing and Disability is also required. Additionally, PCA, EN, RN and Disability or other relevant qualifications are preferred.

  • A strong understanding of Vocational Education principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience of teaching in Vocational Education is desirable.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences.
