About The Role

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team as a Small Business Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial services to a portfolio of clients, including:

  • Managing a portfolio of 6 key clients, working closely with them to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Processing payroll for businesses with up to 20 staff members
  • Reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Building strong relationships with clients through regular on-site meetings and communication

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced bookkeeper who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a bookkeeper on multiple clients at once
  • Experience using XERO, Hubdoc, and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
