Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert customer service and promote our products to both retail and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing stock, promoting products, and driving sales growth
  • Support other team members to achieve business goals and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • A strong attention to detail
