We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our well-regarded Government Advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside Partners Mark Henry and Angela Barac, undertaking merits review for a Commonwealth Government agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize litigation strategies and statements of issues
  • Conduct directions hearings and case conferences
  • Manage substantive hearings
  • Solicitor advocacy at hearings and finalize briefs to Counsel
  • Undertake complex statutory interpretation

About You:

  • At least 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in government advisory work and litigation
  • Strong solicitor advocacy experience and expertise
  • Experience mentoring team members with excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach
