Key Business Analyst Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Information Governance and Digital Enablement directorate. The successful candidate will have a background in business analysis, ideally within the public sector, with a strong understanding of data quality, business processes, and reporting products.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Collaborate with other BAs across initiatives, supported by senior project managers and organisational change managers. Apply business analysis skills across strategic and operational contexts, including:

  • Supporting application development
  • Contributing to strategic analysis and planning
  • Leading stakeholder engagement activities

Essential Skills and Qualifications: Substantial experience as a business analyst, ideally within the public sector. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complex ideas in plain English and prepare clear, persuasive documentation.
