Support Companion Cleaner Role

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team in Kew, providing a safe and clean environment for residents.

This role is critical in maintaining the physical environment of the residence, ensuring it meets infection control requirements and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with staff and residents to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
  • Provide cleaning services that meet best practice, compliance, and infection control requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in professional cleaning (essential).
  • Good knowledge of cleaning equipment and its uses.
  • Ability to work to rostering requirements.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Taking initiative and problem-solving.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Cert III or IV Cleaning Operations.
  • Residential aged care or hospital experience.
