**Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Role Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with our medical team. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Licensed as an RN in the State of Ohio and National Certification as a nurse practitioner by a nationally accredited organization are required.
  • A current certificate of authority and certificate to prescribe (or eligible) from the Ohio Board of Nursing are also necessary.
