About the Role

As a member of the Trade Counter team in Coolum, you'll play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product information
  • Quoting and ordering products for customers
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
  • Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

We're seeking someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is happy to learn new systems. If you're a team player who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
