Labourer for Demolition and Asbestos Removal

This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to work closely with an asbestos demolition team on various sites. Key responsibilities include undertaking strip-outs, dismantling, and plant-based demolition works.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed
  • Identify hazards, delays or issues early on and take corrective action
  • Ensure the site remains safe, clean, and well-organized
  • Support the Supervisor in delivering top-quality outcomes
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in demolition
  • Hold a current White Card (mandatory)
  • Be physically fit, reliable, and confident with tools, machinery, and safety procedures
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Asbestos removal tickets are required
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Experience working with friable/no friable asbestos is advantageous
