
Duty Manager for a Seamless Dining Experience

Lead a Team to Excellence
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in preparing the department for opening by developing standard operating procedures, training programs, order lists, beverage menu designs, and other essential tasks.
- Oversee and coordinate the F&B team to provide premium service to guests, focusing on delivering exceptional quality and hospitality.
- Prepare food and beverages according to established health and presentation standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner, utilizing established guidelines for service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve excellent quality and service, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure accurate money handling and banking procedures are followed, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Support new employee induction and on-the-job training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff, enhancing their performance and promoting growth.
- Perform necessary duties during department or outlet openings and closings as required.
- Maintain wait staff stations clean and organized throughout shifts.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
- High energy levels to lead from the front and inspire teams.
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting, with a focus on development and mentorship.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English language and writing.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations, including night, weekend, and Public Holiday shifts.
- Experience in formal training across all aspects of food and beverage execution.
