Customer Service Reviewer Role

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals to conduct store visits and provide valuable feedback on customer service experiences.

This opportunity involves posing as a customer, making observations about the store presentation, service, selling skills, and cleanliness, and then completing an online survey about your experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and reliable access to the internet. Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
