This position involves conducting research in asymptotic and probabilistic combinatorics.

About the Role
  • Conduct original research in asymptotic, algorithmic and/or probabilistic combinatorics with a focus on hypergraphs.
  • Collaborate with the project team to address research problems.
  • Contribute to the writing of research articles for publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals.
  • Present results at conferences and/or workshops relevant to the project.
  • Undertake other research tasks arising from the project.

Requirements:

  • A completed or near-completion PhD in mathematics or theoretical computer science.
  • Demonstrated expertise in asymptotic, algorithmic or probabilistic combinatorics.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write high-quality research articles.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
