- Partners with the engineering team to contribute to, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for a specific feature. Learns the value proposition for the feature and how to address technical inquiries related to the feature they oversee.
- Adheres to governance programs and processes, remaining aware of specific performance requirements and standards throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborates with others (e.g., Data Science, Software and Hardware Engineering) to gather performance metrics (e.g., Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] such as usage, quality, speed, and cost), monitors and reports on progress (e.g., business reviews), and derives insights that lead to productive actions for enhancing development, iteration, and implementation of features.
