Position Overview:
We are in search of a dependable and systematic Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee our inventory and ensure efficient logistics processes. Key responsibilities include managing daily warehouse activities, supervising receipt and dispatch operations, processing invoices, interpreting parts, and addressing inquiries related to inventory.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in warehousing, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to perform effectively in a dynamic setting. A solid technical understanding of industry-related parts, outstanding customer service skills, and residence within a reasonable distance from the branch are essential.
Location: Gunnedah, NSW
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:30am to 4pm

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Operations Specialist.
- Cert III in Warehousing Operations or a relevant Trade Qualification is highly regarded.
- Valid Forklift license and Driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and technology.
- Capable of working independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
