Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing environmental health services to the community. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate competent knowledge, expertise, and skill in the provision of environmental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Health Services: Provide environmental health services to the community, including the development and implementation of environmental health practices, procedures, and protocols.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation and client records in line with Departmental, Unit, and Health Service procedures.
  • Quality and Service Improvement: Participate in quality and service improvement activities to continually improve public health services.
  • Professional Development: Commit to ongoing professional, service, and individual development through participation in activities including professional development activities, professional supervision, supervision of students or assistants, and research activities.
Requirements
  • Competent knowledge, expertise, and skill in the provision of environmental health services.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation and client records.
  • Ability to participate in quality and service improvement activities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional, service, and individual development.
Benefits
  • Remuneration value up to $128,706 p.a.
  • Employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%).
