The Finance Graduate role is a key part of our Citrus & Grapes category team, where you will work closely with the Financial Controller and broader finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in risk assessment, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.

About This Role

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support and prepare budgets for category farming operations and projects, including crop cycles, input costs, and market prices.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct risk assessments and ROI analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Cost-Saving Initiatives: Identify areas of financial inefficiency and propose solutions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, business, or economics.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

About You

To qualify for this position, you must be in your final year or recently finished a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a relevant field. You should be willing to travel and work in different sites, ready to commence the Graduate Program on February 9, 2026, and have full working rights in Australia.
