Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our close-knit Darwin team. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to broaden and deepen your consulting skills, work on complex and interesting projects, and take ownership of specific project or content domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standard
  • Lead client consultations and other client engagements
  • Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on your project management capability
  • Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential way
  • Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams, contributing to pursuits, and identifying opportunities for future client engagements
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projects
  • Stay across latest news and developments in the industry to inform client discussions and work
  • Support, guide, and develop others on projects and in buddy roles
Requirements:
  • 2+ years prior work experience in a professional environment, related to our sectors and capability areas
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data
  • The capability to think, articulate, write, and present logically
  • Strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured and creative way
