Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Administration Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional administration support and is looking to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Environment and Community Team, including travel bookings, meeting arrangements, accounting tasks, document formatting and publishing, and general administration support. They will also be the document controller for the team, establishing systems for publishing internal and external documents, and maintaining a document control system.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the success of our team. You will be working closely with various business units to fulfill their obligations in areas such as residential tenancy agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a competent user of Microsoft Office software, possess knowledge of residential tenancy legislation, and have the ability to manage projects and develop effective communications with key operations personnel and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Environment and Community Team, including travel bookings, meeting arrangements, accounting tasks, document formatting and publishing, and general administration support.
  • Establish and maintain a document control system, ensuring that all documents are accurately formatted and published in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with various business units to fulfill their obligations in areas such as residential tenancy agreements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the administration industry.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
  • Ability to manage projects and develop effective communications with key operations personnel and community stakeholders.
