Production Labourer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable production labourer to join our team on the Gold Coast. This is a full-time role, with comprehensive training provided and an immediate start date.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of coating production, including manual labour, hanging, preparation, application, and tool usage.
  • Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure the production of quality products.
  • Liaise effectively with supervisors and other colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and accurately within established deadlines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be physically capable of lifting, carrying, moving, and standing for extended periods.
  • Have the ability to complete repetitive tasks, reach, twist, and bend without discomfort.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and availability to work scheduled hours (7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri).
  • Show self-motivation and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Understand the importance of workplace health and safety, and be committed to following company policies and procedures.
