We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Coordinator to join our team at Williams-Sonoma Outlet in Essendon Fields, Victoria.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all store and stockroom maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld.
  • Perform tasks such as straightening, cleaning, and maintaining stockroom areas as needed.
  • Process, ticket, and restock merchandise in a timely manner.
  • Pack and log merchandise for customer deliveries.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a retail stock, warehouse or Back of House role.
  • A passion for homewares and/or food.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage your own time.
  • Effective communication and organisation skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be mobile in the store and back of house areas, including standing for long periods.
  • Able to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards.
  • Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30 kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
