Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Participate in ongoing coffee training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Passion for coffee and excellent coffee-making skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Current MDL and excellent driving record (for van-based positions)

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
  • A casual work arrangement with approximately 30 hours per week
  • Ongoing coffee training and education
