About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Signal Electrician to join our South East Queensland (SEQ) Network Assets business. As a key member of our Signals Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of signalling equipment across our 700 kilometers of rail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) requirements and legislative policies.
  • Install, maintain, and fault-find signalling equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset condition, maintenance programs, and costing systems.
  • Report on actual work performed against the scheduled work program and identify any equipment performance or condition irregularities.
Requirements
  • Cert IV Electrical Railway Signalling (desirable but not mandatory) with internal training provided for successful candidates.
  • Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence.
  • C Class Drivers Licence.
