Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As the critical link between our customers and their projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers on equipment usage, ensuring they have a safe and successful experience.
  • In addition to equipment delivery and collection, you will also perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to maintain the high standard of our equipment.
  • Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to achieving our vision of becoming the premier equipment hire company in Australia and New Zealand.

About You:

  • A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
  • You will have a strong foundation in mechanical aptitude, with the ability to learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies.
  • Excellent physical fitness and stamina are required for this position, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting and standing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
