About the Role
">We are seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to champion HSE across our operations.
">You will work closely with frontline teams and management to:

- Develop, implement, and review policies and safe work procedures">
- Conduct site-based safety engagements (Risk Assessments, Take 5s, JSAs, audits)">
- Lead incident investigations and identify improvement opportunities">
- Coordinate injury management and return-to-work programs">
- Drive continuous improvement and cultural change in HSE practices">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- ">
- Tertiary qualifications in a HSEQ-related discipline">
- Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, engineering or similar">
- Strong working knowledge of HSEQ systems">
- Proven experience in ISO management systems and certification">
