Position Overview:
This role offers 18.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a comprehensive 12-week training program to achieve BRA-FIT certification.
  • Learn the Bendon approach to customer interaction, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout the fitting process.
  • Understand customer needs thoroughly, consulting as experts to provide the best fit.
  • Contribute to store success by delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing merchandise, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
  • Actively participate in team dynamics, embodying our CORE values.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish effective relationships.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a capacity for quick learning.
