Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development, innovation, and collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and promoting continuous improvement, developing technical roadmaps, and improving the quality of technical solutions by implementing industry best practices. They will also work closely with other technical leaders and product owners to document new changes and drive various initiatives.

  • Possesses full-cycle engineering experience: ideation, technical design, build, testing (unit, integration, system), release, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborates with peers and helps grow capabilities within the squad and across the crew.
  • Actively embraces and integrates AI-driven solutions (including LLMs and agentic AI approaches) to enhance our engineering workflows and product capabilities.
  • Provides technical governance and guidance throughout the complete solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Have the ability to work independently and drive a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed.

Key skills include solid experience with technologies such as C#, Java, Typescript, Python, expertise with Microservices, Restful API design pattern, working knowledge of public cloud engineering - AWS, Azure, design and development of REST APIs, good understanding of application and system security best practices, familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tooling.
