Bartender - Lollo

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lollo, a dynamic restaurant within the W Melbourne hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Set tables according to event type and service standards
• Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
• Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
• Complete opening and closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights
• Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments
