Key Responsibilities- Manage incidents through their lifecycle, from investigation to closure, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to mitigate risk and prevent future incidents.
- Develop and implement compliance education and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a compliant work environment.
- Provide compliance advisory services to support business operations, ensuring that all decisions are made with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure effective incident management and compliance across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements and training.
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in the general insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
- Leadership and engagement skills, with the ability to manage SME experts and drive compliance across the organization.
