Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team, providing a responsive and effective legal service across various business units in Linfox Armaguard Group. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our General Counsel to negotiate commercial contracts, provide legal advice, and manage M&A activities.

• Negotiating general commercial contracts and ensuring Armaguard's commercial interests are represented in contractual documents
• Providing legal advice and assistance to minimize risk and achieve deliverables
• M&A completion and transition activity

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A law degree and admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and draft high-quality documents
• Experience in M&A, IT, financial services, or banking
• Project management, analysis, and problem-solving skills
