Speech Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthcareLink. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the therapy needs of our clients, working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Early Childhood Intervention Services: You will work with children aged 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths and delivering goal-directed therapy services to support their development.
- Provide Goal-Directed Therapy Services: You will work with young people and adults who may be experiencing learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties, providing collaborative therapy services to support their community participation.
- Emphasize Parent, Teacher, and Carer Education: You will educate and support parents, teachers, and carers to nurture change and support the individual's community participation.
- Collaborate with Support Teams: You will work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other speech pathologists to achieve client goals.
- Develop and Review Therapy Plans: You will support clients and their support teams to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful and meet the client's needs.
